Our event went good, but slow.  The climbing wall was a hit. It didn't seem like many people came, but since we cleared a good amount of money, there must have been more people walking thru than I thought.  My friend Rich, owner of Fun Fusion, talked to your driver as well as sent cards.  He is a good man and very hard working so please keep him in mind for future events.  Thanks for all you do and God bless you all.

While the inflatables were certainly a big hit with the kids (and their parents) working with Party Outfitters was a big hit for me...I didn't have to deal with any of the stressors that I have had the past couple years with inflatables.

I actually just got back from Convention this morning and I have to say, having Rebecca and the Cash Cube present in our booth was the hit of the trade show!  It drew so much attention to our booth which was a fund-raiser this year to raise money for our Youth Development Council to offer financial literacy trainings and materials to our state credit unions and their staff in 2010.  The event, and our fundraising, was a huge success!  When we arrived, Rebecca was already in place with the Cash Cube and was very professional and courteous.  It was great having her in the booth with us and she was able to pass out her catalogs and mingle with the convention attendees as well.   She is very personable and friendly and we enjoyed sharing our trade show time with her.

Yesterday, when we drew the 3 winning tickets for a chance to go into the Cash Cube, we completely stopped the trade show!  It was incredible!  All eyes were on our booth, the aisle and surrounding areas were packed, and even other vendors were out of their booths just to see our action with the Cash Cube!  We got some great pictures but I don't yet have access to them.  When I do, I will forward them to you for your records.

It was great to be able to publically thank Rebecca and Party Outfitters for partnering with us and to share that your company is THE partner to keep in mind for all types of events.  On behalf of the Credit Union Youth Development Council, we'd like to thank you again for partnering with us and helping us make our event the success that it was.  The excitement of the Cash Cube helped us raise over $600 to put toward our next financial education training event.  We appreciate our relationship with you and look forward to working together again in the future!

The event was very successful!  There were a few issues with the Hawaiian Slip & Slide (the slide kept pulling away from the slip & slide part), but it did not affect the outcome of the day at all.  Students still enjoyed the Slip & slide.  All the equipment was popular and the staff were helpful.

All went smoothly at our event – despite the rain!   We were a bit disappointed in our guests' response to the Golf Drive game -  however, this is no reflection on Party Outfitters – everything from your end was handled very well.    I just think we had a few too many things for our guests to do + it started raining mid-way through the event and we had to move some of the activities under cover.

"Everything went very well.  Alida was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and a joy to work with.  Once again, Party Outfitters provided a very professional and experienced representative.  All the games were enjoyed by our kids and used all night long.  We had one small problem with the bungee run when one of the bungee cords broke at a previously tied knot connection.  We had one kid (mine) who is very strong and could really run the bungee out almost to the end on the game.  The expected spare cord set up was not on the truck.  But Alida and I figured out a quick knot repair so the game was only down for about 15 minutes.  I'm a fly fisherman and know a lot of crazy knots!  But this problem did cause Alida and I to make a closer inspection of all the connections on the two bungee cord strings.  I recommend you have your tech people look at the cord connections.  You have some wear problems that you might want to fix before you send those particular cords out again. Thank you again for your excellent services.  We all had a great time and safe time.  I am sure next year's organizing committee will contact your company in the fall for next year's graduation party.  I will make sure my replacement gets the needed information and your connect numbers.  I have one more child to go so I'll probably be the "game person" again in 4 years!  So until then, thank you."

"Our event went well, we had positive feedback in general regarding bouncies, games and cotton candy machine.  For the future, it would be great if you could provide written instructions for games, bouncies and any other item that was rented like the cotton candy machine. A laminated copy for the volunteer to reference and/or staff member to reference would have helped at the start of the event and in the transition of volunteer shifts. Instructions for the wrecking ball and the cotton candy machine were needed the most. Tearing down the equipment took a long time, I believe till about 10:30pm. In the future, we would prefer to negotiate in our proposal, your staff taking down the equipment. Recruiting volunteers to help with the tear down of the equipment is challenging."
